Funny car driver Anthony Begley is the subject of today's Photo of the Day, seen here warming the tyres on his Top Alcohol Funny Car at the Perth Motorplex's Nitro and Fire meeting in October 2013. Anthony was performing double duties at this event, also driving the Chemical Warfare Nitro Funny Car in the feature races.

Photo of the Day - March 21st, 2019
Today's Photo of the Day is an icon of the import and turbo scene in Australia. Ray Hall had a hand in many a fast car and bike over the years, even my old Supra ran a pair of his turbo's for a while. I took this shot when I pretty much stumbled upon the shop early in the morning on the way from the airport to our accommodation in Cairns. Ray has since retired and sold the business.
