Greg James and Wayne Batson feature in today's Photo of the Day. Greg (near lane, driving a Lamborghini) and Wayne (far lane, driving a Holden Torana) are seen here warming the tyres before their non-compulsory qualifier at the Perth Motorplex's 2016/17 Season Opener, and would end up racing each other again in the Supercharged Outlaw A final later that night. Greg took home the win over Wayne due to a red light for the Torana.

Photo of the Day - December 18th, 2018
Today's Photo of the Day comes from the 2017 Westernationals at the Perth Motorplex, and features Top Doorslammer driver Scott MacLean, seen here in a rare Sunday morning qualifying session. These sessions only occur when circumstances have forced the cancellation of a night time session and that round of qualifying has to be completed the next day. While not usually ideal for the drivers, it is the only time we get to see a Doorslammer hit the Motorplex strip with the sun on the left hand side of the car, so it provides for a unique photo opportunity.
